The fine print

  • Jet Convert Support & Training packages are paid for one month in advance by direct debit. If you are on a Business Class Package you are required to stay onboard for a minimum of 2 months.
  • Packages include just 1 organisation. If you have multiple organisations please contact us for a great deal.
  • If you are not satisfied with your first training session you have 24 hours to cancel your package and your payment will be fully refunded. We are that confident of our value to you and your business. Unlike budget airlines.
  • You can change your service level at each month’s renewal. We ask that you give us 3 days notice.
  • If you decide to cancel, let us know a minimum of 7 days prior to the renewal date and we will cancel your subscription.  We will be sorry to see you go, and will look to improve our service. We know business needs change.
  • Fair use policy applies. Which means that the monthly service will not include time which needs to be taken for work that exceeds what would normally or reasonably be required for work of similar type or nature. You have unlimited use of our phone and email support and we can tailor your training sessions to suit individual learning needs. Training beyond 5 hours per month will be assessed by our training staff.
