Kathy started her career in a regional bank as a developer, back in the days when Cobol was king, and during her initial career helped in call centres, implementing telephone banking, and data conversion and financial systems first as a programmer then as a project manager. She has returned to the workforce and is one of those few people who can follow data from one system, through SQL databases and into the new systems. She adds training and support to her role.
