How Secure is My Data?

Data Security

At Jet Convert we consider security and confidentiality to be of utmost importance and take a number of steps to protect our client data
  1. During the upload, your data is secured and encrypted for maximum security. You can verify that through the green bar that appears in the address bar on the upload page.
  2. Your files are not copied and never leave our servers which are protected by firewalls and other security processes to ensure your data and privacy.
  3. We employ the latest in access control for all staff including 2FA authentication systems.
  4. We have security experts to check us regularly.
  5. After the conversion, your source file is deleted from our system within 2 weeks or sooner.  If you lose your desktop file – we won’t have it!
  6. We ask you to remove us from your Xero organisation immediately and if you don’t we remove ourselves within 15 days.
  7. We follow best practice according to the 13 Australian Privacy Principles (APPs)
Other facts about our position as a trusted conversion supplier:
  1. We have done over 60,000 conversions to Xero to date
  2. We have also converted 1000s of bank statement PDFs to CSV/OFX
  3. We are Xero's conversion partner in Australia, the US and New Zealand
  4. We remove access to the source data following conversion
  5. You can remove us from accessing the Xero organisation once taking it over from us.
