      2. As part of our conversion services, quality assurance checks may be carried out by Jet Convert personnel and by contractors engaged by us. Some of those contractors or service providers may be located outside Australia. We may also permit controlled remote access to uploaded data for those purposes. We take reasonable steps to require those recipients to handle personal information in a manner consistent with applicable privacy requirements.
      3. We may store data in Australia, including on cloud infrastructure located in Sydney, and we may permit access from other jurisdictions where our personnel, contractors or service providers are located, including New Zealand, the United States and other countries relevant to our operations.

Where you or our client provide personal information to us for processing as part of our services, you acknowledge and consent to the disclosure of that personal information to overseas recipients as described in this privacy policy, including our overseas contractors and service providers.
