Ross has an amazing brain. Not only does he grasp the most complicated conversion rules, he is also able to turn them into clear documentation and fast code. He juggles the various conversion projects we are working on with ease and always goes straight to the source of a new challenge.
The other amazing quality is that Ross needs no sleep. Early morning, and late at night (I mean LATE) he is in top form. Ross loves soccer and follows the European teams. Unfortunately, he is the only one at Jet and so has no one to share his joy with.
